This ice canoe race occurs between Isle-aux-Coudres and the North Shore on the St. Lawrence River. Teams from Quebec face off against others which will include teams from Calgary, Chicago and France. It is a tribute to the people who crossed the river during the harsh winter before the ferry was implemented.
